Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today’s workout is a strength and jump rope workout so we will work for 30 or 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and let’s CRUSH IT!
In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer in Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper.
