Many people feel embarrassed when they see acne (pimples) growing on their face, especially if they need to attend a public function or a party. A face with many red spots or pimples will be less attractive and have a negative effect. How to get rid of pimples fast and naturally at home is the big concern. In theory, acne or pimples are the result of intense hormonal activity which usually starts at a teenager’s age
Actually there are many natural and home remedies which you can apply to your face to quickly get rid of acne or pimples. If you follow the tips given below, sooner or later, you won’t see them anymore.
1. Wash Your Face
It sounds so simple, but you’d be surprised how many people have acne and pimples and just don’t wash their face well. When washing use antibacterial face wash (not soap). Use something gentle that won’t irritate your skin. Acne is a combination of bacteria, hormones, and oil production. If you dry out your skin, it will only produce even more oil and make acne worse.
2. Cut Your Hair
At least keep it off of your face. Hair collects oil. If it’s hanging down around your face, it can make your face extra-oily.
3. Sleep On a Clean Pillow
People sweat a lot while they sleep-some people sweat more than others. This can make you smell bad, but it can also collect dirt and oil on your sheets and pillowcases. If you have bad acne, change your pillowcase every other night. At least turn the pillow over and sleep on a clean side each night. I’d also recommend getting a shower in the morning AND at night. This will make sure you remove excess oil and dirt from your body that can clog pours.
4. Don’t Touch Your Face

In fact, I personally had a problem with acne around my chin and I noticed that when I surfed the internet (which is often!) I would frequently rub my chin. 5. Eat a Healthy Diet
Stop gorging on greasy foods. Drink and eat lots of (real) fruits and juices. In fact, if you can, hand squeeze a glass of orange juice in the morning. It won’t be loaded with excess sugar and fruits have powerful anti-oxidants that can help maintain healthy hormones.
6. Use Toothpaste
One common and effective home remedy for acne or pimples is to use toothpaste on your pimples. Each night before you go to bed you simply apply toothpaste to your pimples on your face and then leave it on till morning. When it is morning you can wash it off with clean water. Do this often until your pimples clears.
7. Drink Enough Water
You should drink a lot of water daily. This will make your skin more healthy, by helping to flush out toxins away from your blood streams and it also keeps your body well hydrated. You can drink at least 9-10 cups of water per day.
8. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is one good ingredient that contains anti septic and anti fungal properties that help the skin to regenerate back to its natural look. It should be used daily until your skin clears and you are pimples free again.
9. Egg whites
If your skin is not allergic to egg whites, you might have considered using egg whites at night as your facial mask to heal your pimples. Egg whites are rich in vitamins A, B and D. If your skin is greasy and oily, egg whites will ease and heal your pimples. Once the egg whites are applied to your skin, they start to dry. As you feel your skin becoming drier, then you can rinse and wash your face. Then, put on an organic toner to moisturize and nourish your skin before heading to bed.
10. Aloe Vera
Some people grow Aloe Vera in their backyard. Did you know Aloe Vera eases pimples from growing? It has an antibacterial effect if you use it on your acne prone area(s). You can cut small pieces of fresh Aloe Vera and squeeze the juice onto your pimples and gently pat on your skin so that the juice can penetrate into your skin.
11. Always keep your pores clean
Use organic soap and fragrance-free skin cleanser to gently and smoothly clean your face twice a day so that your pores won’t be clogged with oily fat. Don’t scrub your skin otherwise your skin will age faster and you will look older.
12. Avoid Eating Spicy Food
Don’t eat too spicy food because spicy ingredients will irritate pimples and increase the likelihood of extra pimples growing. In order to avoid this from happening, you’d better eat mild food as much as possible.
You can expose your skin to sunlight only in the early morning. Sun rays in the early morning are not strong and when your skin is exposed to sun in the early morning, it has an antibacterial effect on your skin and reduces the likelihood of growing pimples.Keep in mind not to expose your skin to sunlight too long and don’t expose your skin to the sun at mid-day because when your skin is exposed to sun too long, your skin will become dry and cause another aging concerns.
Last but not least, you must have enough sleep every day. When you are tired or have less hours of sleep, the likelihood of growing pimples is higher.
