What is Rose Tea?
There are more than 130 species of roses in the world, and almost every one of them is edible. Most can be used as ingredients for tea, even if some varieties are sweet, while others are bitter. Rose tea is made from the petals and buds of rose flowers. It’s very easy to prepare rose tea. All you need are dried or fresh petals that are free of pesticides. Take three cups of water and boil the petals for about five minutes. You can then strain the tea into cups to drink.
If you use dried petals or buds, put one tablespoon in a cup. Now steep it in boiling water for about 10 to 20 minutes. For more information, please watch the video until the very end.
